Winners last time: Conservative (Kate Mackenzie) in the first round: Liberal Democrats (George Grubb) in the fourth round after Scottish Green and Scottish Socialist were elminated: and SNP (Norman Work) in the seventh round after Labour and the second Liberal Democrats candidate were eliminated.

The incumbents standing this time are George Grubb and Norman Work.

The only woman standing is Moira Dunworth, Scottish Green Party.
